HIDROSTANK joints MATCOEX

MATCOEX is a group of construction material companies from Navarra. Alquibalat, Hidrostank and Meplasjar companies, which operate in the sustainable construction sector, decided to pool their resources in order to be able to reach more markets and promote synergies amongst them, as they are comparable in size and have similar market strategies and distribution channels. From the moment they began to develop the project for their internationalisation as a group, they have been sharing information, meet frequently and have a joint strategy of entering the markets in certain geographical areas hand in hand. Their aim is to share their knowledge of different countries, their experience and their contacts to boost the exporting capacity of all of them. The group is managed by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Navarra.

OVERFLOW SCREEN TYPE PAS

10 years since the first Overflow screens Type PAS installed in Spain. The Overflow screen that Hidrostank manufactures and markets, consists of a 5 or 6 mm perforated grid with diameters of 300 mm or grid 500 mm and effective lengths up to 6 meters. Cleaning is done through water jet generated by a pump that pushes water from the storm itself. The system allows it can be installed both in existing works and new projects, as it can be introduced disassembled and assembled inside. Its simplicity also do all maintenance focuses on the pump that properly placed under a lid, prevents the entry of personnel into the sewage installation, minimizing costs and risks of the operator. Those first references installed in Huesca and Lugo, were followed bt those installed in Avila, Zaragoza, Cantabria, Ciudad Real, Gipuzkoa, Bizkaia, Asturias, Valencia, Fuengirola, Santiago, Orense … Later more projects were executed in Avila, Lugo , Fuengirola and Gipuzkoa, as a result of the confidence of operators in the simplicity and efficiency of the system. In the next edition of Pollutec 2016 in Lyon to be held between November 29 and December 2, Hidrostank will present these experiences. HIDROSTANK SUPPLIES ITS HIDROBOX ATTENUATION CRATES FOR RETENTION TANK IN NIMES BELLEGARDE (FRANCE)

This year HIDROSTANK has supplied their HIDROBOX attenuation cells(also known as Storm Cells, Soakaway Modules, and StormCrates) in a project built in NIMES BELLEGARDE (FRANCE) HIDROSTANK worked closely with technicians from both the Technical Office and the contractor in the definition of the solution finally adopted. The modularity and ease assembling of HIDOBOX cells, certified by Bureau Veritas, enabled a very quick installation of the 3 retention tanks, of about 155 m3. France is one of several countries where HIDROSTANK is selling their HIDROBOX as a solution for the infiltration/retention of rainwater wherever possible to enable a sustainable urban drainage (SUDS):

HIDROSTANK ACCESS CHAMBERS IN GUNMA SOLAR FARM IN JAPAN

HIDROSTANK has recently supplied its innovative reinforced polypropylene modular access chambers in a photovoltaic plant in Gunma, JAPAN The plant is located in the city of Takayama, Gunma Prefecture (Japan), in a difficult mountainous terrain. It is a 31.2 MW photovoltaic park will be operational next October. HIDROSTANK has worked closely with technicians of the developer, EPC, and the corresponding civil and electrical contractors to define the Access chambers best solution for electrical and CCTV ducting. For several years HIDROSTANK cooperates in the execution of ground mounted solar and thermosolar projects, where the features and benefits of our access chambers (easy installation and handling, coupled with its great strength) enable the EPC to fulfil, even shorthen in some cases, the demanding deadlines. HIDROSTANK ACCESS CHAMBERS IN PANAMA CANAL – OPENING ON JUNE 26

The next June 26 will be inaugurated the expansion of the PANAMA CANAL, one of the great engineering projects of the XXI century. The incorporation of the Third Set of Locks allow the passage of ships Neopanamax, with a capacity of 13,000 containers, triple what current. HIDROSTANK has supplied to the awarded joint venture, Grupo Unidos por el Canal (GUPC), led by SACYR, its innovative reinforced polypropylene access chambers to the works of the PANAMA CANAL, one of the great engineering feats of the XXI century. The expansion of the Panama Canal will increase by 40% the capacity of transit of goods of existing waterways that link the Atlantic to the Pacific and is part of the integral program to expand the Canal capacity. HIDROSTANK has worked closely with the technicians of the awarded consortium Grupo Unidos por el Canal (GUPC) to define the best solution for the electrical and telecommunications manholes. This project, the first PANAMA, joins the already performed in Europe, South America, Africa and Asia.

HIDROSTANK FLUSHING SYSTEMS IN ANZIAT, FRANCE

Hidrostank has supplied its tipping buckets for the existing storm tank in ANZIAT, FRANCE. A quick, effective and simple cleaning of the accumulated sediment after rain events is achieved with this flushing systems, eliminating the expensive and dangerous manual cleaning of the tank. HIDROSTANK has recently supplied, through its distributor in CHILE: TECNORED, its innovative modular reinforced polypropylene access chambers in the 122 MW Conejo photovoltaic plant. The plant is located in the Atacama desert, 30 kilometers from Taltal in the region of Antofagasta. The project includes the construction of the photovoltaic plant, substation and interconnection substation, in addition to the high-voltage line between the two substations.
