Non-return valve

Non return valve are elements which allows the passage of the water in one direction and prevent the passage of the water in the opposite direction.

In addition of storm tanks, the non return valves are usually installed at the end of the overflow, to prevent the return of the environment water (river water, sea water…) in the sewerage.

In the storm tank is placed in the common wall between the central channel and the retention chamber. It Prevents the passage of water from the central chamber to the retention chamber, preventing the retention chamber is filled with water to small rain events and their corresponding subsequent cleaning.

• HIDROSTANK type non-return valve

  

  Hidrostank non-return valve allows the passage of the water in one direction and prevent the passage of the water in the opposite direction. Made of stainless steel body, AISI-304L/AISI-316L, and neoprene lid which guarantees a minimum pressure drop and minimum maintenance.

  Hidrostank non-return valve are available for diameters from 100 mm to 400 mm, being able the manufacture of other diameters.

  It can be anchored to the wall or embedded in the wall with its pipe or flanged.

• END LINE type non-return valve

  

  End line non-return valve allows the passage of the water in one direction and prevent the passage of the water in the opposite direction. Made of stainless steel, AISI-304L, AISI-316L or Polyethylene

  Hidrostank non-return valve are available for diameters from 100 mm to 1500 mm, being able the manufacture of other diameters.

  It can be anchored to the wall or embedded in the wall with its pipe or flanged.

• NON TIDE type non-return valve

  

  In a storm tank in which relief is produced directly to an environment where it is possible that the phreatic level is above the level of the tank, it is essential that tide flood, of that environment, will not penetrate inside it.

• RUBBER CHECK VALVES

  

  Rubber check valves are used to control the water return of the waste water treatment plant, rise in level of river or rise in level of sea. Are completely passive to the flow through the valve, and do not require any source of energy, maintenance or manual assistance for operation.

  Rubber check valves replaces the non return valves when a large quantity of solids pass through the valve, because of rubber check valves are capable of closing even when a solid is is trapped inside.

  There are different type of installation, hugging a pipe, flanged inside the pipe and can be made in different material according with the application.
