HIDROSTANK PRESENTS THE HYDRODYNAMIC SEPARATOR

Hidrostank incorpora a su gama de productos los Separadores Hidrodinámicos para el tratamiento de las aguas pluviales.   Estos equipos se utilizan tanto para el tratamiento de las aguas pluviales antes de su vertido a cauce, como  para el tratamiento previo a los sistemas de infiltración y retención de los sistemas urbanos de drenaje sostenible (SUDS).   Utilizando la tecnología patentada de separación deflectiva continua, el Separador Hidrodinámico separa y atrapa residuos, sedimentos, aceites y grasas de la escorrentía de aguas pluviales. La capacidad de tamizado del sistema permite la eliminación del 100% de los flotantes y de las partículas en suspensión, sin obstrucción de la rejilla perforada. El flujo y la rejilla separan los sólidos capturados y minimizan la re suspensión y liberación de la polución retenida previamente. Pueden tratar flujos desde 22 a 1.425 l/s.   La capacidad de eliminación de contaminantes separador Hidrodinámico ha sido testeado en pruebas de laboratorio y de campo.   El sistema se sirve en un pozo de hormigón prefabricado que dispone de las entradas y la salida. Permite múltiples acometidas en una unidad. En el pozo se incorpora una cámara de separación que conduce el agua hacia la rejilla. HIDROSTANK SUPPLIES ITS HIDROBOX ATTENUATION CRATES AT THE CENTRAL PARK OF VALENCIA

HIDROSTANK suministró sus celdas HIDROBOX para el drenaje del  proyecto de urbanización del Parque central de Valencia, ejecutado por la UTE Dragados-Pavasal.   En  2015 la Sociedad Valencia Parque Central, integrada por el Ministerio de Fomento, Generalitat y Ayuntamiento de Valencia, adjudicó el contrato de ejecución de las obras de urbanización del Parque Central a la UTE Dragados-Pavasal por 15.810.214,36 euros   La actuación, considerada como el Hyde Park valenciano, convertirá un solar de 110.826 metros cuadrados en un inmenso jardín diseñado por la prestigiosa paisajista Kathryn Gustafson.   Para el Sistema de riego fue prevista la instalación de 29 pozos con sus correspondientes tanques de almacenaje. Gracias a esta estrategia se recupera el 46,6% del agua sobre las necesidades.   HIDROSTANK colaboró estrechamente con los técnicos tanto de la dirección de obra como de la empresa adjudicataria en la definición de la solución finalmente adoptada.   La modularidad y facilidad de montaje de las celdas HIDROBOX, certificadas por Bureau Veritas, posibilitaron una instalación muy rápida de estos depósitos, de unos 600 m3.

HIDROSTANK ACCESS CHAMBERS IN THE ROMERO SOLAR, THE LARGEST PHOTOVOLTAIC PLANT IN LATAM

HIDROSTANK, a través de TECNORED, suministró sus innovadoras arquetas modulares de polipropileno reforzado en la planta fotovoltaica El Romero Solar, la mayor de América Latina, con 246 MWp de potencia máxima (196 MW nominales), construida por ACCIONA   La central El Romero Solar, situada en la comuna de Vallenar, a unos 645 km al norte de Santiago, se extiende sobre una superficie de 280 hectáreas en el desierto de Atacama, y ha supuesto para ACCIONA una inversión aproximada de 343 millones de dólares (314 millones de euros al cambio actual). Cuando esté en operación comercial completa, producirá cada año cerca de 500 GWh de energía limpia, equivalente a la demanda eléctrica de 240.000 hogares chilenos, lo que evitará la emisión a la atmósfera de unas 475.000 toneladas de CO2 en centrales de carbón.     HIDROSTANK han colaborado estrechamente con los técnicos del EPC y de las contratas correspondientes para definir la mejor solución de arquetas para la canalización de instalaciones eléctricas y CCTV. Desde hace varios años HIDROSTANK colabora en la ejecución de Huertas Solares y termosolares, donde las características y ventajas de sus arquetas (su fácil instalación y manipulación, unida a su gran resistencia) está permitiendo cumplir, y en algunos casos acortar, los exigentes plazos de ejecución. HIDROSTANK PRESENTS ITS HIDROBOX ATTENUATION CRATES IN THE REDSUDS DAY 2017 (MADRID 30/3/2018)

    We are pleased to invite you to the RedSuDS 2017 – Challenges and future of SuDS in Spain, which will take place in Madrid on Thursday, 30 March 2017. HIDROSTANK will present its attenuation crates for Sustainable Drainage Urban Systems (SUDS), that allow a bespoke dimensioning of infiltration/detention tanks, infiltration trenches, ditches…: The modularity and ease of assembly of the HIDOBOX cells, certified by Bureau Veritas, facilitate their transport and make possible a very fast installation. In Spain we have collaborated in numerous projects, highlighting our participation in the project of the Green Ring of Vitoria, European Green Capital 2012. RedSuDS is a collaborative network that constitutes a forum for the discussion and dissemination of knowledge that allows the generalization of the use of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in Spain. This Conference aims to consolidate RedSuDS with the aim of promoting the paradigm shift in Spain from the conventional optics of urban drainage to a drainage system that incorporates the SuDS as a usual solution, bringing together professionals from the Administration, companies and the University and centers Research in a discussion forum that provides a current overview of the SuDS in Spain and identifies key priorities in the short and medium term.     HIDROSTANK participated in the SUDS conference of Madrid City Council

    HIDROSTANK presented its HIDROBOX attenuation crates in a conference about “MANAGEMENT OF STORMWATER IN PUBLIC GREEN AREAS WITH SUSTAINABLE URBAN DRAINAGE SYSTEMS (SUDS)”, that took place las December in Madrid. The aim of this course was to introduce the technicians of the City Council in the Sustainable urban drainage systems in Green áreas, in order to apply them in accordance with the guidelines of the Municipal Ordinances and Documents. Different engineers explained the management of rainwater in public green areas and development of the aspects related to its regulations, design and maintenance, as well as some of the items available in the market for execution. Software used for both decision making and for SUDS modeling was also explained and the conference included a technical visit to already executed infrastructures HIDROSTANK introduced its HIDROBOX attenuation crates, that enable the dimensioning of infiltration basins(recharge basin), detention basins, percolation trenches ….     HIDROSTANK continues with the international commitment and will attend the next edition of the POLLUTEC to be held in LYON from 29th of November to 2nd of December. Pollutec meets for four days in Lyon all the equipment, technologies and services specializing in the treatment of all types of pollution, environmental conservation and the implementation of sustainable development solutions.     HIDROSTANK joints MATCOEX

    MATCOEX is a group of construction material companies from Navarra. Alquibalat, Hidrostank and Meplasjar companies, which operate in the sustainable construction sector, decided to pool their resources in order to be able to reach more markets and promote synergies amongst them, as they are comparable in size and have similar market strategies and distribution channels. From the moment they began to develop the project for their internationalisation as a group, they have been sharing information, meet frequently and have a joint strategy of entering the markets in certain geographical areas hand in hand. Their aim is to share their knowledge of different countries, their experience and their contacts to boost the exporting capacity of all of them. The group is managed by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Navarra.

    OVERFLOW SCREEN TYPE PAS

    10 years since the first Overflow screens Type PAS installed in Spain. The Overflow screen that Hidrostank manufactures and markets, consists of a 5 or 6 mm perforated grid with diameters of 300 mm or grid 500 mm and effective lengths up to 6 meters. Cleaning is done through water jet generated by a pump that pushes water from the storm itself. The system allows it can be installed both in existing works and new projects, as it can be introduced disassembled and assembled inside. Its simplicity also do all maintenance focuses on the pump that properly placed under a lid, prevents the entry of personnel into the sewage installation, minimizing costs and risks of the operator. Those first references installed in Huesca and Lugo, were followed bt those installed in Avila, Zaragoza, Cantabria, Ciudad Real, Gipuzkoa, Bizkaia, Asturias, Valencia, Fuengirola, Santiago, Orense … Later more projects were executed in Avila, Lugo , Fuengirola and Gipuzkoa, as a result of the confidence of operators in the simplicity and efficiency of the system. In the next edition of Pollutec 2016 in Lyon to be held between November 29 and December 2, Hidrostank will present these experiences.
