HIDROSTANK has supplied its tipping buckets for the existing storm tank of the Najera Wastewater Treatment Plant, that did not have initially a cleaning system. A quick, effective and simple cleaning of the accumulated sediment after rain events is achieved with this flushing systems, eliminating the expensive and dangerous manual cleaning of the tank.
HIDROSTANK has worked closely with technicians and contractor to define the best solution. Initially various solutions were raised. The chosen one was the one that did not involve changes in civil engineering so that the WWTP keeps on working without any alteration.
With these installed tipping buckets, the cleaning of the stormtank has become a simple and economical operation.
